I love Octavia. Absolutely love it.
Jaswinder strikes me as being make up, though I know it isn't. I don't think many people would realize it is a legit name.
Verena is okay, not my style however. I think this would make a better middle name, rather than a first name.
Camilla is the least favorite of mine. It just strikes me as snobby, but that's due to bad associations.
I think they're usable, but perhaps Jaswinder would serve best in the middle name position? Even Verena would be an okay first name, I suppose. To meet people named this would be refreshing, especially here, since I'm sure we have the highest Brittany/other variations population in the tri-state area. :P
