Other than Riley, I like the names your cousin picked. I don't think twins should have matching names. It just reinforces the stereotype that twins are clones of each other. Sure, it sounds "cute," but cuteness, IMO, is not a great thing when it comes to names. Names that sound cute on little babies might get tiresome or start to seem silly when they grow up.
