Yeah, I don't know where half the nicknames come from for some names. Margie I sort of understand because if you saw that name, (not knowing it was associated with Margaret), that's how it would be pronounced (at least to me). But Peggy? Where did that come from. That's actually my mom's name and people ask her if it's short for Margaret, but it's not in her case. Margaret Alice sounds nice. I don't know how much I like Alice, but I like Alison. Maybe Margaret Alison? Thanks for your suggestions! :)
