I don't care for Noelle at all, but I love Noel for a boy, pronounced like NOLE.

I like Noel (NOL) on a boy only. Noel (no-EL) on a boy only as a mn. Noelle (no-EL) on a girl only.

Noel is my sister's middle name, said like no-ELLE. It really should be Noelle, but nothing we can really do about it now. =P

Noelle sounds feminie to me. I pronounce it No-el.

I like it better for a girl and I think it would be said No-el.

I love Noel and Noelle for girls. I used to prefer the spelling Noel but now I prefer Noelle because no one liked seeing Noel on a girl. I don't think the pro. "NOLE" sounds very nice, but if it were pro. no-ELLE on a boy, I'd probably like it as well.

I love the name, but only for a boy. I'd pronounce it: NOL or else like Nole.

I like it for a girl (Noelle). Noel is the masculine form and pronounced NOL, Noelle is the feminine form and pronounced No-ell.

I really like Noel. I say it like No-el (rhymes with Joel). And I don't say Noel like Noelle. I pronounce Noelle like No-ELLE and Noel is all boy to me.

no-el is a girls name, however I adore the name Noël (nol) for a boy (just like Sir Noël Pierce Coward).

Noelle, which I say NO-elle, is slightly better - it was nearly my mother's name because she was born in December.

Boy, defintely. I would say it somewhere in between NOL and NO-el, but closer to NOL. More like NO-uhl.
