Wikipedia has this list of Irish saints who (presumably) mostly have Irish names or Anglicized Irish names.

That's as good a place to start as any. :-)
There's a Mael Ruba listed on that page; I had a female friend in high school named Mael, which I thought was pretty and interesting.
