I thought Siobhan was pronounced shi-vonne. You know, because the bh in Gaelic/Celtic/whatever makes a V sound? So, technically, wouldn't the name you like be shi-vayle? I'm not a fan of funky spellings. I would pronounce that si-beel. Because that's how it's spelled. *shrug*

Shi-vayle or shi-bayle, either way it's not my taste, but the former seems somewhat better.
