Brandon is a modern English language given name which is based on a surname from a place name which originally meant "hill covered with broom plants." As such there is no direct Italian equivalent of Brandon. There is an Italian given name Brandino, which goes back to a Germanic root which meant "sword," and one could use Brandino as a way to "Italianize" Brandon, but by doing this you would simply be choosing the Italian name that accidentally sounded the most like Brandon, not one having the same etymological origin.
