[Opinions] Re: Baylor
in reply to a message by August Rose
Baylor is a college, and if I am correct, so is Brighton. I would steer clear of using both in a sibset. Jameson reminds me of Jamestown as well as the ever so trendy surname as first name. Holden gives me that vibe as well, although it is also literary so I don't mind it as much. Hilary bothers me as a boy and a girl name. Sterling reminds me of Starlings, which are horribly mean birds.

I know Baylor is a college, though I wasn't aware of Brighton as being one, I knew it was a town. Jameson to me doesn't remind me of a surname because I've never known anyone with the surname, besides, well, Jenna Jameson.
As for Hilary, I only care for it as a boys name, as a girls name is strikes me as tacky for some reason. and Sterling just sounds nice to me.

Doesn't the fact that Jenna Jameson was a very famous porn star sort of put you off the name of Jameson? I mean, many many people will associate the name with her.
