Cleopatra was hardly a pharoah, she ruled almost 300 (or 3000? I can never remember) years after the pyramids were built, and her family was Greek.
I quite like the history of Hatsheput and Nefertiti, and I must admit I like the sound of Cairo.

I know, but they did consider her a pharaoh (I washed this whole thing on all of them yesterday, lol).

What about Alexandria?
It was the place where Cleopatra grew up, and the richest place in all Egypt, I do think Alexandria is very useable, if a bit frilly and long.
