That's not quite as bad though.
Anyway yeah I don't see Dick as namey very much, I know a respectable old man who has Dick as an occasional nickname for Richard, and it always startles me and makes me cringe slightly to hear him addressed that way.

I have a professor, first name William, who has a brother, first name Richard. They go by Bill and Dick.
With last names they're Bill Ball and Dick Ball, the most unfortunately named pair of brothers I've ever seen.
