I've recently discovered that I really love the combo Cecilia Rose. While it is a bit more pedestrian and boring, it just has a great flow. Here's my problem. I can't see using Cecilia as a full name period. One of the things that I strongly dislike is when a NN becomes so entrenched that the full name is never used. I much prefer what is done with my nephew, Isaac. He's called by his NN Ikey half the time, by Isaac the other half. His sister, however, has the worst time. She was supposed to go by her middle name Miranda, but instead goes by Mira and has never been called by anything else. I'd prefer to not have that happen. However, I can't think of a single NN for Cecilia that wouldn't become permanent. Wdyt?

With Judith, there is less of a problem. I love the name by itself, it just has a very strong, beautiful sound to it and isn't too complicated to call a young child. I was thinking about Judith Cecilia, even though I prefer the combos Miriam Judith and Cecilia Rose. Opinions?
