[Opinions] Nancy Grace had her twins
Former Prosecuter Nancy Grace, host of CNN Headline News talk show, gave birth to twins on Sunday. Their names are John David (John is for John the Baptist & David is for her husband) & Lucy Elizabeth (Lucy is for a special woman that helped raised her & I don't know where Elizabeth come from). John David weighs 5 pounds 1 ounce, and Lucy Elizabeth weighs about 2 pounds 15 ounces. So wdyto the twin's names? I like both, they're not cutesy/twiny/themey.

Lucy's cute, John is boring. I love Nancy Grace!

I LOVE both combos. Traditional names that will never go out of style imo.:)

I love John and Lucy, but the mns makes them a little boring IMO. They're nice, though.

Wow, I wonder if they had twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (basically one twin gets all the 'good stuff' and the other gets very little :-/). Possibly why they had to induce so early. John David is horribly boring to me but it's classic and handsome, not trendy or modern or misspelled, so that's a plus in my book. Plus it goes nicely with Lucy, which I adore.

Yeah, I was wonderingwhy they'd be so discordant. Is discordance always caused by twin-to-twin? Can there be other causes?

Discordant twins! That's the term I couldn't think of yesterday, lol. No, discordance isn't always caused by TTS. It can be caused by problems with the placenta, I know, but that's all I can think of right now. :b

Very classic names, good solid choices. And I love when people tell why they picked a name.

They're all right. I don't care much for John just because it's boring, but she has reasons behind the combo so it's nice. I love Lucy. Both names are simple & cute.

Those names are quite decent, althoguh I'm not a big fan of Lucy.

I like them both, and it sounds like they were both meaningful choices. John and Lucy are sweet as sibs. If I remember Sunday school correctly, wasn't Elizabeth John the Baptist's mother? Perhaps that's where it came from.

Wow, 2 lbs. 15 oz. is very small, I hope the little one is okay.I like the sibset, they sound very good together.

I think ...that she was due in January but because of complications she had to be induced. I was just suprised at how tiny the little girl is.
