As a rule I hate invented names, though this is one of the better ones. However, I don't think it's all that different from naming your daughter Beautiful Friend, to be honest. To honor your sister, why not use Jessamine or Jasmine? Or does she have a favorite name that you like too (and she isn't going to use)?
