I love it (MEE-lah only). I sometimes prefer it as a nickname, though.

It can be either. I think that Meela is a more proper pronunciation, but I prefer My-la as far as sound goes. Either way its nice

In Croatian (and other Slavic languages) it's 'mee-lah'.
I really don't like word names so this one is not my style.

It's definitely MEE-la for me, though MY-la would be interesting. I don't like the name, though. It's one of those consonant-vowel-consonant-a names that I find to be very dull.

I love Mila pronounced mee-lah.

I prefer the pronunciation 'MEE-lah'. It's softer and sweeter-sounding to my ears than 'MY-lah'. However, both pronunciations are acceptable. One of my favourite combos is Mila Juliet. :)

I like it a lot. When I was younger, Mila was the name I was *definitely* going to name a future DD. :) Since then, other names have taken its place, but it's very nice. I love its simplicity, though at the same time it could be a cute nickname for something else.I've always said MEE-la, but I'm not positive if that's correct or not.

I like it.I *think* it's meela, but I'm not sure. It's got a great vibe, though. Did you check the comments section for Mila? Sometimes it lists the pronunciation.
