The same as in English. The "Welsh version" of many names is the pronunciation of the name in the original tongue, phoetically spelled in Welsh. Kind of the same as my name, Caitlin, which is pronounced in America as KATE-linn because that is how Americans read it, but is COYT-hleen in Ireland ; )They keep either the spelling or the pronunciation, not usually both.Cheers
