I wouldn't bother . . .
I've asked them (and a third with the same name) repeatedly. They either never check their messages, or they are just ignoring us, because they never reply.
Given that they all three tend to post random blocks of names, with little explanation and poor English, perhaps she/they actually isn't understanding the problem.
