[Games] Announcing BehindtheName's #1 Favorite Name Per Gender by Elimination from Voting
A few weeks ago, I asked people to what their top 5 names were for each gender in the game board. Then, I narrow it down to the names that got at least two votes and people could vote for three of those per gender. Next, I narrowed it down further were you could vote 2 per gender. About a week ago, people voted for 2 names total for an even more narrowed list. Lastly, a few weeks ago in the game and opinion boards, I asked people to vote once in one of the two boards from that narrowed list what was their favorite name per gender.THE RESULTS ARE IN!!! I HAVE BEHINDTHENAME'S FAVORITE NAME PER GENDER!!!For boys:
Fourth place goes to Theodore with 8 votes last round
For the third place, the bronze metal (LOL) goes to Rowan with 11 votes last round!
The silver metal (2nd place) goes to Henry with 12 votes! For girls (there was 5 names last round and only 4 for boys):
5th place goes to Julia with 5 votes!
4th place goes to Sarah with 7 votes!
Tied for 2nd are Adelaide and Anna with 10 votes each!AND (DRUMROLL) THE GOLD METAL, BEHINDTHENAME'S FAVORITE NAME PER GENDER IS ALEXANDER FOR BOYS AND ELIZABETH FOR GIRLS!!!Alexander got 13 votes and Elizabeth got 12!!!What do you think? Do you like these names? Do you like another name that was in 2-5th place better than Alexander and Elizabeth?

Wow... I'm really not crazy about any of those names lol!I love Alexander, of course, but I don't like Elizabeth much at all. Maybe that's because it's my middle name and I'm pretty much just bored of it. Theodore is nice, but nms because I'm not crazy about the "TH" sound. Rowan was my favorite boys' name for about 3 years, but then once I joined this site I realized how sadly trendy it's becoming, so I began to shy away for it. I don't like Henry much at all, but I love Hinrik. Julia has an unflattering sound, IMO and Sarah is nice, just a bit bland. Adelaide was once a favorite of mine but then I figured it sounded too frilly and Anna is nice, but too similar to Anne, which I find bland as well.Haha! Bland Anne! Arrested Development joke right there! So all in all I guess I'm just a bit of a grump when it comes to BtN's favorites. Oh well lol. It's not the end of the world.

I agree with Elizabeth for 1st place, I think Henry should have won for boys (but it only lost by one vote, so that's okay).
