I like Alice. If I were to make combos I would do something like thise:
Esme Alice
Josephine Alice
Eleanor Alice
Ophelia Alice
Imogen Alice
Margaux Alice
Tamsin Alice
Zilpah Alice
It is really difficult to make Alice flow as a middle name, especially when I don't have a last name to work with as last names can completely put off the otherwise great flow of a first and middle name combo.
