Help[Opinions] Lucy, Jemima and Anya
What do you think of these names? I know Jemima is fairly popular in England, but I'm afraid of the syrupy connotations it has in the US. Lucy is just cute to me, I like it as a nn for Lucinda especially, but I'm having a hard time liking Lucinda completely because it sounds a little like Cindy which makes me shudder. I am just starting to like Anya a lot, Anna and Annie are my favorites. I'm thinking it might hard for peoples American mouths to say AH-ya instead of ANN-ya. What does everyone think?
