Regina... hmmm. Well its a nice solid name. Its not overly feminine or masculine. Its pretty, but not overly used. I think it would be a nice name on a little girl.
On a side note, my aunt's name is Gina. My grandma named her after the actress Gina Lollabridgida. She gets compliments on her name all the time. The only downside to the "gina" aspect of both names though is pronounciation. My uncle married a Korean woman, and both of the children (not purposely of course) call our aunt Gina a name that rhymes with va-Gina. It makes our aunt laugh, though. :)
