I usually don't like themey twinsets, but I don't mind when it's not obvious. If you hadn't mentioned that had simliar meanings I would not have known they matched. Malka and Regina is nice, and although I dislike Deborah, I like Deborah and Melissa together. So, yeah, cute idea!
