It's pr. KYE-sah. In Sweden, it's spelled Kajsa or Cajsa and pr. the same way.

...There is a similar Polish name Kasia this is the Polish
form of Kazimiera, the female of Casimir 'peace proclaimed'
No,I'm not saying that this is what Kaisa means but it maybe
the origin of your responses Polish friends name not yours.
