[Facts] Celkupa?
I've seen this name on several people I know, but what is it supposed to mean? Thus far, I've found nothing on it. Not even Wikipedia has an article on the name.
Techincally, it's a surname, so I wouldn't expect people following first names to know the etymology. If someone can help, I'd appreciate.
Thank you.

A little Googling shows this is a surname used in Albania. I would advise you to post a query on the surnames site realted to this one, and to try to find a site dealing with Albanian culture to ask about it.
That's funny. I googled it and found little. What site said it's Albanian?
Definitely an Albanian surname. The origin is the coastal town of Durres.
the "cel" portion is correctly spelled with an Albanian character that produces the sound "ch". It means a place of business that is always open. The "kupa" refers to a rooms-to-let hotel. It essential means a rooms-to-let hotel that is always open for business.
