Help[Opinions] Kyle
What do you guys think of the name Kyle? I have a friend who is a girl named Kyle, but she hates her name. She asked me what I thought of it and I had to lie.... I used to think her name was perfect, but now I ahve a boyfriend named Kyle so I think the name is geared torward a guy! What do you think??? Boy or girl????

Boy, definitely. I've only ever met boy Kyles, personally, though I've heard of girl Kyles. It's much nicer on a boy than a girl, IMO.

*Boy* for my boy, but honestly I don't mind it on either and if not for hating the idea of two Kyles in my home, I would chose it over Kylie if we decided to do the honouring thing.

Kyle is absolutely a boys' name, it makes me cringe just a little to hear it on a girl.

I love the name Kyle for a boy, and I definitely think its better suited for a boy. It's one of my favorites! :-)
I can see Kyle on a girl, and I don't entirely mind it, but it's more of a GP and not a favorite. I prefer the similar Kyla for a girl.

It's all boy
I've only known male Kyle's, so to see/hear it on a girl seems really tacky and trendy. I like it for a boy, but really dislike it for a girl.

I love Kyle. A lot of people consider it trendy, though. That doesn't bother me because I still love the name.
