I think Elizabeth Valerie is very nice. And you maybe even call her E.V like Evie as another nickname. But for your nicknames I like Liz and I love Eliza. I knew a girl once called Betsy which was short for Elizabeth, and she was very cute, so thats another possibility too. All of your other nicknames, or just Elizabeth are good, except Bess, to me its one step away from Bessie which reminds me of a cow. Sorry lol. But everything else is nice. I'd go with Eliza though.

I think Elizabeth Abigail also flows very well too, maybe even a bit better that Valerie. Another combo i like that isnt on your list is Elizabeth Evelyn. I like the sound of it, but you said honoring, so your choices probably all have significance while Evelyn may not, but its just a suggestion.
