Kah-LEE-lah out of the options you gave, but when I see this name I have a tendency to think of Muhammed Ali's wife, and want to say Kay-LEE-lah.

Well to be honest, I don't really like the name at all. I think kah-LEE-lah is probably a better pronunciation though.

My initial reaction was that it sounds like an alcoholic drink (Kalua + Tequila?). It also kind of seems made-up and hard to pronounce. I'm not a fan. I'd prefer Katrina or Delilah, depending on the pronunciation.

I definitely prefer it pronounced kah-LEE-lah. I think it's very pretty, but needs a stronger mn--something like Isolde or Hermia.

I would prounce it as Kah-LEE-lah.
I love it, it sounds exotic and you could have some great nns like Kali and Lila
