I really enjoy this nickname, however, I'm not a fan of Milicent as a first name (reminds me of Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty). However, the only other name I can think of that it could work as a nickname is Camellia/Camilla (I prefer Camellia over Camilla). However, I'm not hugely attracted to it, and I tend to tire of floral names after a while. So, are there any other names you can think of that would make a nice first name for the nickname Millie?
