I used not to care much for it, but it's been growing on me (both variants but esp. Rosalia). WDYT? Is it PNL-worthy?

I love Rosalia. It's gorgeous and underused. I used to love Rosalie, but I'm not that big of a fan anymore. Rosalia is much better, but either is nice, IMO.

It's a little frilly but it's got such a beautiful sound. I'd use it in a heartbeat.

Both names are very PNL-worthy. I have them both on mine and have thought about using both in honor of my mother, Rose. I love them both about equally and prefer one over the other depending on the day. Today I lean more toward Rosalia I think.

I don't like Rosalia as much (although Rosalea is better to me than Rosalia). I think they're both very pretty. I definitely think it's PNL worthy.

I ADORE Rosalie but know with absolute certainty that my trendy-name-loving bf will never go for it.

Rosalia is also nice, although its more ambiguous pronunciation makes it less appealing for me (roz-AH-lee-uh? roz-AY-lee-uh?)

Definitely PNL Rosalie. For me :-D

The Italian pronounciation would be with a stress on the "i" (Ro-sa-LEE-ah), it's a stereotypical Sicilian name, though I might prefer it with a stress on the first a (Ro-SA-lee-ah). I'm very curious about your new idea :)

My idea is that when you click on a name in the database, you can click on a link that will show you all of the other users who have that name in their PNL. I've PMed Mike about it but I know he's busy so even if he likes the idea it'll be a long time coming!

My grandmother's name is Rosalie May, and she's very sweet and was very pretty so I'm quite fond of the name!

I didn't really start liking Rosalie until quite recently, mainly because I knew a very mean, perpetually hateful girl in high school named Rosalee. However, since Rosalie is one of Gracie Allen's middle names, and because I adore her, I can see it in a different light and almost disassociate it completely from Rosalee. I would even consider putting it on my own PNL. So, I think it's definitely PNL-worthy.

Rosalia doesn't hold any kind of special place for me, though. I just don't like for some reason. Maybe it's the sound, or maybe it's because I don't have any kind of personal association with it. It's not a bad name, just not one that appeals to me.
