Alexandra. It seems less over-done & more appealing to me.

Alexandra
Not only do I love it because it's my name, I love it much more than Alexandrine or Alexandria. It seems a little more understated where the other two can come across as fussy because of the length.

Alexandra.
Alexandrine is, in my opinion, pretentious-sounding and unnecessary. Alexandrina is worse, and Alexandria tries to common-ize them. Alexandra, though popular, is a very grand and beautiful name.

andra. Better. Just all around better.
Alexandrine is a bit more fun but really... Alexandra is far superior.

I prefer Alexandra or Alexandria -- beautiful and elegant. Because Alexandrine is also a technical term from poetry, it sounds a little odd to me as a name. It is pretty but a bit overdramatic, perhaps.
I prefer Alexandria.
I prefer Alexandra. I'm not all that fond of elaborated forms of it for some reason, but Alexandrine is still pretty.
Alexandrine seems a little over the top to me, so I prefer Alexandra.
I love both names. But I would use Alexandra for a fn, and Alexandrine for a mn.
Alexandrine just feels a little too long for a fn. Then again, I love Iphigenia for a fn, so what do I know?
Sandrine, as a fn, is a nice alternative.

I love Iphigenia too!!!
Alexandra is my favourite, unless I was French, then I might go for Alexandrine.
Alexandra
I also concur.

Alexandra. I love it but I hate all of it's varients. They just seem like too much and unnecessary.
