I work with a girl named Octavia and she is always called Octavia. I think you should give up on nicknames for it. They all sound either silly, ugly, or contrived.

That is awesome that she's always called Octavia! Good for her.
Do you feel a bit stupid addressing her though? I don't know. I feel like making someone else have to call someone Octavia all day would make them say OcTAAAvia *eyeroll this is entirely ridiculous*.
