[Opinions] Finn?
Thanks for your recent comments about Levi, I think we're adding it to the short list. I'd also appreciate your opinions of the name Finn for a boy. Thanks!

Finn has long been on my list...I almost love it wholeheartedly but I have a few teeny reservations about it. The first is the "male person from Finland" alternate meaning, which just makes the name sound random.
The second is the fear that it's perhaps a bit too nicknamey/lighthearted/trendy. But of course those are just my nitpicky tendencies! It is a lovely name.

I like it. Prefer it spelt Fionn though.

Fionn is one of my favorites. So I like Finn too, it's just not my preferred spelling. It looks more like a nickname.

Love it!It's strong, cute but not too childish and has a youthful appeal but I think it would age well. It's one of my favourite boys names.

I love the name Finn (to be honest I prefer the spelling Fionn, but even I have shelved that one for a hypothetical son in favour of Finn). It is a name I would love to use one day. I love Finn Alexander as a combo.

Love FinnOn its own or as a nickname for Finlay or Finnegan

I like it more than Levi. Finn Alastair is a fav.

I love Finn for a boy. It's fun, without being cutesy or "out there."And I think it can stand on its own. Irish folk legend Finn McCool makes this do-able. Finn makes a nice nn for names like Finbarr, Fintan, Fingal etc. But it doesn't have to have one.

I like Finn, but it's becoming too popular for my taste. Other than the popularity aspect, though, I'd like it on someone else.

I only like Finley out of the Fin- names.
