Help[Opinions] Basil
Opinions on Basil? BAZZ-ell. Any other herbological favorites? On my mother's side, my earliest known ancestor is named Basil Roby (right off the boat), so I have always liked it.
Triphala for a girl is also a GP. I take it every day. :)

I really like Basil. I can't quite see it on a baby though. Perhaps it is just my association with John Cleese's character on Fawlty Towers. :-)

I like it for a boy or girl, prefer as a girls MN. I say it BAY-zul.

I prefer (and instinctively say) BAY-sil. Not BAY-zil, mind you, but BAY-sil. BAZZ-ell is also wonderful though. That pronunciation somewhat reminds me of Basil Expedition from the Austin Powers movies, though I sincerely doubt anybody else would have that association.
I also love Rosemary, for a girl obviously.
