The reward wasn't that you could change the gender of one of the twins. The reward is that you can have triplets or quads instead of twins.
I gave you twin boys so you can make it DS/DS/DD or even DS/DS/DD/DD but if you choose to just have twins you can not change the gender of one of your twins. Would you mind changing that please?
