I would use:
Rosalind 'Rose'
Adelaide 'Ada'
Penelope 'Penny'
Cordelia 'Cordy'
I like Octavia and Minerva, but none of the nns I can think of.
I just can't stand Lucretia, my first thought is always 'excretia'.
Ermengarde isn't ugly, but I can't see it being usable as a fn.
