The name Valentine (masculine) has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. I love the name and meaning, but it's not something I think I could bring myself to use, other than as a middle name. Valentin I think is more manageable as a first name while preserving the spirit of Valentine (funny how cognates do that, huh?). But what do you think of the name Valentin?
