[Opinions] Re: Initial Nicknames on girls
in reply to a message by Greenleaf
There are plenty of options that don't end in J, you know! I go by AR a lot of the time with my friends, and I rather like it. I think initial nicknames are fine in general, especially in casual use.
I think the following all sound nice enough (as long as you don't have awkward glottal stops in them, like in EE, I'm cool): TR, JT, JD, EK, QZ, EC, TG, AG, KN, OG, TK...
Some combo ideas from the names you've listed:
Tara Jane "TJ"
Molly Ellen "ME"
May Ellen "ME"
Tira Delphine "TD"
Ella Daisy "ED"
Juniper Della "JD"
Joanna Dorothy "JD"
Array

Ooh, I like TR, JT, TK, and especially ME (sounds like Emmy, sorta). And KC could be an option, but then I don't know if I like "Casey" soo... But, then that opens up a whole list of ones ending in C. Yay!
Haha, the only one I would really stay away from is ED.
But, thanks for the suggestions! I like it a a casual nickname, and those will help a lot.. Now I can basically do it with any combo! =P
