[Opinions] Not in the United States...(m)
Here in the States, I believe it's considered a female name (although a few males might have snuck in here or there). I'm not sure what the usage is abroad, but I think that it's not too masculine, even in French speaking countries. When I took French in high school, our textbook had a older gentleman named Camille for some of our "In the home" exercises. However, there was also a young girl named Camille in some of our worksheets, so that's not much help! From the info on the site, it seems to be more gender neutral.I like it, and I like its sound better than Camilla. I think it's very light, particularly with the French pronunciation.
