[Opinions] Samwell.
This name just popped into my head today. For a story of mine, I was trying to think of how a small child named Samuel could mispronounce his own name, with the intent of making this (cute) mispronunciation become stuck with him. I came up with Samwell, and though it reminds me a bit of Maxwell, I must say I kind of like it as a name for not only a fictional child, but also a real child. A search on Google learned that it is a real existing surname, so a child named Samwell is not that inconceiveable (with the current trend of giving children surnames for first names). :)Anyway, I was wondering what you guys think about Samwell as a fresh alternative to Samuel (and even to Maxwell and other -well names) for a real child. Is it too trashy, too posh, too aloof, etc.? Do let me know. :)Thank you for your input. :)
