I like it. It's known, but not overly used. I love to see / hear these kinds of names being rediscovered.
As an aside, I love the combinaiton
Victor Emmanuel. There was an Italian king with this name once. I think from the north, Savoy, but don't quote me on that. I thought that was an inspired combination of names.
Victor I usually think of as hard and rugged. I wouldn't have thought that a soft name like
Emmanuel would would work with it. But to me it really comes together nicely. Perhaps the king is too well known to use this combination for a real kid -- hopefully not. But I just had to mention it.
