They didn't care much about spelling back then, Rickard could spell his name Rikard in one place and Rickard in another, and the same goes for the others...

How do you pronounce Einar, Margit and Ture? I am very intrigued by those names!

Margit - MAR-git (hard g)
Ture - TOO-rehThe a in both Einar and Margit is pronounced like the a-sound in "I" or "time".
