I haven't hosted a congrats in quite a while, but I've got a lot of down time right now and I'm pretty bored, so I figured I'd give it a try.

I'm planning on having 8 naming rounds. I also plan on doing ranking rounds as well, and may come up with a few other things along the way, but that's not set in stone.
