French girl names are my favorite after Greek girl names. I like:
Cosette
Delphine
Elodie
Eugenie
Genevieve
Julie
Mignon
Sophie
Sylvie
I'm not a fan of the French names that became popular for my generation (Danielle, Nicole, Michelle). Well I'm beginning to appreciate Michelle again, and one of my favorites listed, Julie, was also popular for my generation. Danielle, Nicole, and Michelle, have become so commonplace that they have lost their French identity in my mind.
In fact until recently Julie has seemed rather squeaky clean to me, but I have seen a similarity between Julie, and Sylvie, and some interesting combos with Julie on this board, which has made me see Julie is a fresh light.
