1. How do you instinctively pronounce this name? BAY-zul like the spice because that's what I think of no matter what.
2. Have you heard it pronounced more than one way, and if so, is one more common than the other where you live? The way I say it is common where I love but in UK they say BAZ-ul.
3. Do you like it? LOVE it for either gender.
