Nope, sorry. Elliot is very handsome on a boy, but entirely too masculine for a girl. There are plenty of lovely El- girl's names to pick from. Elizabeth, Eleanor, Eloise, Ellen, or just Elle, Ellie, or Ella would be better.

Those are great ideas! Elle is especially refreshing. I'd like to add Elva, Elvira, Eliza, Elodie, and Elsa.
