I don't think Ottoline's legit, exactly. It's the nickname form of Ottilie so to me it's as legit as naming your child Maggie instead of Margaret.
Similar in style, not ending in -ine: Eulalie, Kerensa, Lucasta, Edith & Elspeth are a few that come to mind.
