It's a very weighty name, additionally, I don't like the -drom- part of the name. The meda part doesn't bother me though.

Little girls grow up
and with such a long name like that I'm sure a natural nickname will come out of it naturally, even if it comes from baby speak.
I don't particularly like the name but it is interesting and I think it is useable.
