[Opinions] Aluna
Aluna is a Kenyan name that means "approach"
Pronounced as *ah LOO nah*I don't care for Luna much but I am liking this name. It seems peaceful. ----------
Different info on Aluna...The word "Aluna" means 'pure thought, memory, soul, mind, imagination' and comes from the creation myth of the Kogi people in Colombia “In the beginning there was blackness Only the sea.
In the beginning there was no sun, no moon, no people. In the beginning there were no animals, no plants, Only the sea.The sea was the Mother. The Mother was no people, she was not anything. Nothing at all.
She was when she was, darkly. She was memory and potential. She was Aluna.”Kogi-Aruhacos Proverb----------------SO WDYT?
