found this online, from a website w/ pronounciations on Irish names
Luiseach (LOO-seh or LEE-sak) - "bringer of light"; Feminine also can be Lugh, and name of an early saint (also Luighseach, Lucy)

I don't like Lusea or Luisea (looks like a creative spelling of 'Lucy' (along the lines of the ending of Chelsea) impo). If you want the -see-ah at the end I wouldn't recomend -sea.
