[Opinions] Clio
I was at a coffee shop today, and my barrista's name tag said Clio. I've been interested in this name for a while because it's one of the names of the muses. It feels short, strong, and spunky to me. Before today, I'd never actually seen it used, but it seemed to work just fine in real life. My one potential reservation is that it might sound a bit masculine. Anyhow, what are other people's thoughts on Clio?

I've always liked Cleo, so I'm also quite fond of Clio too. I agree that it has a short, strong and spunky feel to it, which is quite nice.
No way! There was a b**** on a show called Rocket Power with that name who told one of the characters that she couldn't play hockey because she was a girl. Cleo is better.
I don't like it. I'm not fond of Cleo either. I know someone who was called Cleo, but he changed it because he didn't like it. I think guys called him Cleopatra all the time.
IMO, Clio/Cleo just sounds too feminine to be a boys name, but too masculine to be a girls name. Cleo reminds me of Cleopatra and Clio just looks odd. The name is just seems too dated.

I prefer Cleo, I had a cat with this name when I was a child.
I like it, but I'm so so tempted to accidentally use a "T" if you know what I mean (I'm sorry, that's really perverse, but I figured I'd mention it. Sorry if that bugs you).
Otherwise, I do like Clio, though I think I prefer Cleo.
On the whole, pretty name.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. ;) I just can't get over that association. Overall, I'm not too fond of the name. I like Cleo better and even then it's not a favourite.
I like it, it really is spunky. Kind of reminds me of a short form of Cleopatra, but I do think it can be a name on it's own.
