[Opinions] Kaylee
Just met a little girl named Kaylee Rose. What do you think of Kaylee? Trendy or cute? Kayley and Hayley are GPs of mine but I dislike all the other spellings. What are your favorite/least favorite spellings of Kaylee? and Hayley? Do you know any Kaylees or Hayleys? How do they spell their names?

Kayley/Kayleigh is a major gp of mine too! I dislike the Kaylee spelling but I like both Kayley and Kayleigh. I know one Kayleigh, she's 21. I think this is why I like the Kayleigh spelling, because of her. Normally I hate -eigh in a name.I like Hayley too- only this spelling. I know two- Ella has a Hayley in her class who is 5, and then another Hayley who is mid-30's and is the mum of 3 of the kids I look after.

There are loads of Kaylee's and Hayley's in my kids' school. I think I know of about 6 of each, mostly Haley, Hayley, Hailey, and Kaylee, Kayleigh, Kaylie.

I think Kaylee is cute but don't like to see it, because I don't think it ages well. Haley is a GP though. I know a Caylee (18) and a Kaylie (18). I know a couple of Hayleys 15-18 spelt Halea, Haley, Hailey, and Haylee.

Kaylee's a tad trendy for my taste...it has the cutesy -ee ending, it begins with a K, and ends with an ee. I'm not too fond of Kaylee to begin with, but Cailey / Caelie is probably my favourite spelling of it. As for Hayley, I've always been fond of Hailey and I used to want to use Haile and I still think that it looks aesthestically fine but would lead to pronunciation problems (ie. being called Hale). My sister was friends with a Hailey in kindergarten, who was the daughter of one of my dad's childhood friends coincidentally. I can't say that I know of any Kaylees.

I know a KayleeThe girl has been failing her way through high school and doesn't put in one ounce of effort. Negative image. But I know a Hayley who is a very sweet, hardworking high schooler. I'm not super close to her, but she's a nice girl and I enjoy talking to her when I get the chance. Therefore The name really doesn't seem that bad to me. I also have an extremely intelligent cousin in 6th grade named Kaley.

I don't like Kaylee or Hayley, both too trendy, overused, and cutesy for my liking. I know a few Hayley's / Halie's /Hailey's and so on. But I don't know any Kaylee's personally, I'm just too old to have any in my age group. However, I never fail to see about 3 in my local paper each week. Also, my step-niece is Jaylee. It's a name I've never warmed up to because I find it too cutesy and childish, but I love her so I can live with it. Another thing is, I'm too weirded out by the name Kaylee now, because of the little girl named Caylee Anthony. I don't know if you know the story but she was a girl that was horribly murdered (it was obviously her mother IMO). So that's all I think about now when I hear that name. It's the same with Riley Ann. She was a baby that was murdered by her mother a year ago and dumped in Galveston, it's an incredibly sad story. Sorry, didn't mean for my post to get all depressing, it's just my associations with the name Kaylee.

To be quite honest, I don't know if I've met any Kaylees (by any spelling), simply because the name meshes with every other similar name in my mind. Kayla, Kaylee, Kylie, Kyla, etc. Just so close to each other I don't notice the difference any more. Very trendy, cute enough sound, but nothing substantial or memorable about it.As for Hayley, I know at least a dozen of them with spellings Hayley, Halee, Hailey, Halley, and more.

I like Kayley, spelled like that. Haily is okay, prefer this spelling.
I really don't like the -eigh spellings or anything uber kree8iv.

I really and truly, hate both names and all the spelling variants. Both names are extremely trendy, overused, cutesy and won't age well.I know a Kaylie, and a Kayla. Kayla, is marginally better.

I havnt met any Kaylee's but I do like that name and think that Kaylee is the best spelling, Kayley doesnt look right. I know a little girl called Haylea Rose, but I prefer the spelling Hayley.

I think Kaylee and its variants are horribly trendy and common. The name lacks personality; its very one-note and bland. A name you hear too much in the suburbs.Hayley is a bit more bearable, but that too has been run into the ground.

I don't know any Kaylee's yet, wrong age group. I know Kayla's.(eta: actually, there's a girl named Kaley on my school news)
I know a Hayley, like that. Full combo is Hayley Ophelia-Durene. And I had a teacher with a daughter named Haylee (my teacher originally wanted to spell it Hayleigh). I think Hailey is my favorite spelling, and Haley for a boy :PFor some reason, I think I like Kayleigh the best for Kaylee. I never like the -eigh otherwise, but it seems right here.

I can't stand either Kaylee or Hayley. They're incredibly overused, cutesy and trendy. Not to mention all the dumb spellings that keep appearing. That said, I prefer the spellings Kaylee and Hayley, I guess. They're the most substantial.I know one Hailey. She's the daughter of my former best friend. Her full name is Hailey Jean Kristina.

I prefer Kayla but Kaylie (this spelling) is nice too. Of course, I love Hayley. I don't know any Kaylees but I have known a few Hayleys (and various spellings).
